Pension Payroll Queries

For advice on Tax Codes, Allowances & Tax Bands please contact HM Revenue & Customs on 0300 200 3300 or at www.hmrc.gov.uk.  It helps if you have your National Insurance number and PAYE Reference of 120/XA89893 to hand when you call.

Please contact us if you have any complaints or queries. We should be able to resolve most queries and problems quickly.

If we cannot resolve your complaint informally, we have a formal disputes procedure you can follow.
